An experienced and practising piano teacher with over 25 years experience, teaching students of all ages and abilities at my home in Southport. For more information read the About page. I currently teach pupils of all ages from 8 – 60+ from beginners to diploma.
Most of my students opt for serious study taking graded examinations, others learn to play purely for pleasure – it’s up to you!

There is no age limit but I would advise that the earliest age to begin would be 6/7 years old unless someone in the family has musical training so additional help is on hand outside lessons.
You’re never too old and I have taught a number of older pupils who have really enjoyed their lessons.
