Singing for Lung Health is a way to improve stamina, posture and breathing patterns
Who?
The Singing sessions are designed to support people with Lung Disease by teaching breathing techniques in a fun & supportive environment.
Aims:
1 Physical relaxation, and release of physical tension.
2 Emotional release & reduction of stress.
3. A sense of greater personal and physical well being.
4 Stimulation of attention, concentration and memory.
What will the sessions involve?
1.Physical and postural warm ups
2. Breath awareness Exercises.
3. Group Singing of well -known and less well – known songs.
